This compensation plan covers regional expenses normally associated with salaried employees, so they are removed from your side of the ledger:
Regional travel expenses
Social security, taxes and worker's compensation contributions
Local office expenses (i.e., office lease, staffing, supplies, phone, fax, internet services, etc.)
Furthermore, compensation is much closer in relationship to sales revenue than when using salaried employees.
